convenient diningcomfortable bedsocket outlet
the in-room dining was very convenient and met our needs quite well. the bed was comfortable allowing for restful sleep. we also enjoyed the high tea service available at the hotel. the friendly service was efficient adding to the overall positive experience.
i encountered some issues with electric socket outlets in the room that were not designed well. i found it challenging to plug in my adapter because of a switch placement. i had to charge my macbook in the bathroom due to this inconvenient design.

the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. it made it much easier for my kids to find something they liked. the gym was well kept and tidy. it was also odourless. the heated pool was an awesome bonus for my family.
the room had no plates. it had only two cups, two glasses and two teaspoons. i ordered food. it came burnt and the meat was overcooked. there was only one set of cutlery for two people.

The pinnacle tower room was great. It felt new. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the shower was also great, i appreciated the club access. it made breakfast more relaxing for me as the restaurant was quite busy and hot.
The hotel charged bonds for each room! i had to ask why the funds weren't received. They mentioned withholding the bonds for ten days after checkout.
