heated pool outdoor pool harp music
I was really charmed by the heated outdoor pool. I really enjoyed the adults-only time, it was so restful. the location felt great, i could walk to many places nearby. the harp music in the seating area added a lovely touch.
the room wasn't double glazed and i could hear city noises.

The breakfast was AMAZING. Such variety. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and the eggs. the restaurant staff was attentive. They really kept the buffet well-stocked. the coffee was robust too.

The room was a superior king. It felt spacious. breakfast had many options and tasty food. i saw friendly staff that really helped me.
The phone wasn't answered sometimes when i tried to call. It was a little slow.

convenient dining comfortable bed
the in-room dining was very convenient and met our needs quite well. the bed was comfortable allowing for restful sleep. we also enjoyed the high tea service available at the hotel. the friendly service was efficient adding to the overall positive experience.
i encountered some issues with electric socket outlets in the room that were not designed well. i found it challenging to plug in my adapter because of a switch placement. i had to charge my macbook in the bathroom due to this inconvenient design.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i also liked the gym. It has three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

comfortable pillows great shower relaxing breakfast
The pinnacle tower room was great. It felt new. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the shower was also great, i appreciated the club access. it made breakfast more relaxing for me as the restaurant was quite busy and hot.
The hotel charged bonds for each room! i had to ask why the funds weren't received. They mentioned withholding the bonds for ten days after checkout.
